The hotel was very convenient being on the main road from the south into Madrid. The staff were polite and helpful and the room was spacious, as was the bathroom. Only the cafe was open (as was the case last time I visited). But the dinner was good and it was not too noisy once the wedding party had left! It was very convenient to park our car under our room in the spacious grounds.

When I arrived at 20:30 hours, the receptionist told me - he spoke no Englisch but at little French - that he had no non-smoking room left, even though that had been garanteed to me. He then gave me a key card for a smoking room. That card, however, did not open the room. He came along and tried his master card, but this one did not work either. As a result he offered me a double bed room, "absolutely non-smoking", at a vastly higher price. My protest - clear and audible, my French is good enough for that - ultimately resulted in his yielding. I received that room for the price originally agreed upon. I will certainly never go back to this hotel. The hotel's own restaurant, by the way, is highly overpriced. There is no other eating place in the neigbourhood, and the traffic on the highway forbids any exploratory car outings.

The hotel is conveniently situated next to a café or restaurant, close to an industrial zone, and has easy access to the metro for central Madrid.

It was almost everything perfect! This hotel is really nice, confortable and clean. The rooms are large. Even if the hotel is close to the highway, the rooms are well isolate. I really enjoyed the time in this hotel.
No hairdryer available.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for my needs, as it was just a short drive from the airport and there was a nearby mall. Although it was a bit far to walk anywhere, the hotel staff were always ready to call a taxi for me. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed, including a mini-bar and a safe. The garden area was lovely, with plenty of seating options to relax in. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed for a great stay.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Parked under the room, motel style. Comfortable, but AC did not work.

The staff members were all very kind, the room and the facilities were all clean and well-tended. As I was not able to print my boarding cards for the fly back (the ink of the printer was emtpy - the responsibility of a third party company), the manager printed them on his own printer. Thank you! I enjoyed also the free parking under the room and the free wifi.
The breakfast was quite poor, the food quality and the variety should be improved to reach the level of 4 stars, which the other areas of the hotel really have.

The room was spacious and clean, with a large bathroom and shower. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. the hotel had a convenient location near the highway, making it easy to access transportation and explore the city.
There were a few disappointing aspects to our experience. The Wi-Fi was unreliable and rarely worked, which made it difficult to stay connected.

Although restaurant closed, the meal the Cafe provided was very good. Staff al very helpful.
Difficult to access off a 4 lane motorway. If you missed the turning which we did because it was off a slip road, it was a bit hairy turning round.

I loved the convenience of the hotel's location right off the highway, making it easy for me to hop in a taxi quickly without having to walk far. The staff were super friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my entire stay. Cleanliness was never an issue, and the room was comfortable. I also appreciated having garage parking underneath my room, which felt safe and secure.
